dventure will take place aboard the Hewes 21’ Redfisher flats boat. She is a perfect for both tournament anglers and avid fishermen. Her large fuel capacity provides peace of mind for the trip back to the dock. The Redfisher comes powered by a Yamaha 225 HP that never breaks a sweat even at a high speed. The boat is outfitted with the latest in navigation technology and professional accessories. Also, the boat has a Motorguide trolling motor that gets into skinny water stealthy.

Inshore Outdoors Fishing offers half and full day adventures. Our motto is: if the fishing is tough, we will stay longer, we will stay longer if the fishing is great. The Captain knows the zone very well and will work hard to put you on top of the hot bite.

Test the waters close to shore, fishing the flats, back country, the St. Johns River and the backwaters from Jacksonville to St. Augustine. Check the bite nearshore in the St Johns Inlet, the areas many creeks and beaches. There are so many places with just fantastic fishing that are just waiting for you to explore!

The target is Redfish (Red Drum), Tarpon, Spotted Seatrout (Speckled Trout), Flounder (Flatties), Jack Crevalle, Black Drum and Mangrove Snapper. As well as many other species that patrol the waters. The trips are all inclusive and you only need to bring some lunch and your desire to have a fun day.

About Captain Don Taylor

As a native Floridian, I grew up fishing the freshwater lakes here in Florida. When I turned 17 I bought my first boat. Began competing in local Bass Tournaments. I than competed across the State and Neighboring states on the CSX Bass Tour.

I was invited on a fishing trip inshore. And as the cliché goes, I was hooked. I sold my bass boat, bought a little boat I could bang into oysters, rocks, etc. After 4 years of grinding everyday, learning the saltwater side of things, my wife gave me a fishing charter for my birthday. After that trip, I knew exactly what I wanted to do.

I am on the water 5 to 6 days a week, days I don’t have charter, continually working and putting in time to best the best angler and captain I can be. I practice conservation to make the fishery and the resources better for the next generation.
